Offline Forms - Entries will be on the NNJGA website for download on May 1st.

1) Download and print each individual tournament entry form you wish to enter, OR

2) Download and print the master tournament entry form and enter multiple events      at one time.

Once you have completed the form and selected the tournaments you would like to enter, mail it into the NNJGA office with payment (personal checks, cashier checks, money orders). Entries must be mailed with payment to the NNJGA office by regular mail. No faxes, emails, special handling instructions or dropping off of entries will be accepted.

Two weeks prior to each event and must be postmarked accordingly.

It is the player’s responsibility to notify the NNJGA office if they will not be present for their tee time. If a player does “No Show” for a tournament they will receive a Warning Notice. Multiple “No Shows” may lead to the suspension of a player’s membership without refund.

If it is the day of the tournament and you are not going to be able to make it for any reason simply email deanmiller@nnga.org or call/text  775-842-8374.

Level 1 Membership - $90.00

Level 2 Membership - $90.00

Level 3 Membership - $125.00

Level 1 Tournament Entry Fees - $20.00 per event

Level 2 Tournament Entry Fees - $20.00 per event

Level 3 Tournament Entry Fees - $35.00 per event

* Level 1-2 Tournaments are 9-hole events with no cut scores.

* Level 3 Tournaments are 18-hole events with a cut score after 9-holes.

Refunds or credits will be issued for tournament fees ONLY when a 3-day prior cancellation notice has been given. To get a credit or refund simply email or call the NNJGA office. No explanation required. Credits can be kept on the books for future tournaments but must be redeemed by the end of the season. Credits will not carry over to future seasons.

LESS THAN 3 DAYS THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR CREDIT ISSUED.

Starting times will be available on the NNJGA website 3 days prior to the tournament. They will be listed under the ‘2013 Schedules Tab’. Times will be listed in alpha format as well as by tee time pairings. You may call the NNJGA office for your tee time if you do not have access to the internet.

It is requested that all players arrive at least 45 minutes early as we adjust tee times for withdrawals.

Rain, thunderstorms and lightning are acts of nature which the NNGJA cannont control. Refunds/credits will not be issued because of inclemenal weather cancellations and events will not be rescheduled.
